Large, comfortable villa. Private pool was nice. Location was perfect, right in the center of everything. Close to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
The villa could have been cleaner, with a mushroom found near the kitchen sink. The presence of rats was a major concern, with evidence found both inside and outside the villa.

Stayed in Villas from 4th Aug 2011 through 6th Aug 2011. This is a establishment right at the center of Seminyak shopping street. The Club manager was kind to give us a room for wash up when he realise that we had checkout per required and our flight was at 850pm. These are the personal touch that I look forward too. Wish it's other levels' staff are aware of this soft Services that customers really appreciate and the Villas should be better maintained to be on par with the rate it charges.
Mosquitoes seems to be quite common during this season(not restrict to this establishment). Villa need to be maintained better. At the rate it charged, the toilery provided were miserable. There were no free soft drinks. Breakfast was just stand bacon, egg and local mee or fried rice. There was no maintenance to the facilities in the Villas Unit. Walls and concretes are quite run down. Landscape from the Bath area was empty.. Unless the villa improve all this detail else it's better to stay at other villas. In Dec 2010 I stayed at another Villas around the same rate. Definitely that was a value for money as : 1> toileries were excellent 2> breakfast was a selection from 4 choices (Japanese/local/Intl etc) 3> Pool side (eg: the edges of the pool) were in excellent condition 4> Services were good

Location is ok, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Own pool is nice. Friendly personnel.
We did not have wi-fi even though it was included in the price.

The Club Villas Seminyak was the best choice I've made for my first time in Bali. the location is perfect, with great places to eat right at the doorstep. the villa itself was beautiful, with a comfy bed, clean bathroom, and awesome air conditioning. the pool was clean, big, and the perfect temperature. the service was exceptional, making our stay extra special.
Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

I stayed at a deluxe pool villa, I stay at them all over the world if I can. This was one of the best. The Location is fantastic, staff great, service very good. Overall I loved it and are going back in 1 month with my elder kids for a 5 day break.

Loved everything about The Club Villas. Perfect location, huge villa with amazing King Coil bed - the best I have slept in. Loved having 3 air-conditioning units, and being able to close all doors, but still overlooking the gorgeous pool. Staff were lovely and we felt it was great value.Very quiet in the villa at night and internet was great - no problems there at all. We will definitely return to The Club Villas again.
Breakfast was ordinary - but we are not breakfast lovers, so we didn't care at all. The kitchen could have had more utensils, but I am positive that the staff would bring anything if you just ask. We had a fantastic stay, and cannot understand the bad reviews, and we have stayed in quite a few villas, so we have been able to make comparisons on other much more expensive options. Thank you to all the lovely staff - we will be back.

The villa itself was so cool, with our own private pool and even a DVD player. We had the best time chilling by the pool and having movie nights. And the location was insane! We were just steps away from Eat Street and only a 3 minute drive to Seminyak Beach Club. It was just so convenient to explore and party!
The only thing we wished for was a better party scene at the villa. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast going out to the nearby bars and clubs, but it would have been awesome to have a fun party atmosphere right at the villa.

I really like the private pool in our villa.the kitchen is very useful for the couples who want to do dinner without out. We stayed in 102 villa and a little far from the main road near by the villas, so it is quiet for sleep. The first day we lived in we found two little cats in the garden out my room, the breakfast can be doing in your villas, we live here like home.

I absolutely loved the traditional Balinese decoration in the hotel. The stone-walls, carved wooden doors, and Balinese statues added such a unique and charming touch to the overall ambiance. As a senior woman, I felt completely at ease and comfortable in the hotel's general areas. Everything was easily accessible, from the pool to the dining area, making it convenient for me to navigate around.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide more assistance in carrying luggage or helping with any heavy items.

Great location and price for what they were. Great pool and very comfortable bedroom and bath facilities. I have stayed in more luxurious villas in Seminyak but bang for buck I would go to The Club again without hesitation.
Kitchenette appliances and cupboards need refreshing but didn't use them regularly so not an issue.

The villas at The Club Villas Seminyak are like a cozy home away from home. They've got this cool semi-outdoor bathroom with a big bathtub, where you can just soak and relax. It's such a laid-back vibe, perfect for someone like me who just wants to unwind and pamper myself.
Didn't really dig the fact that the bathroom was semi-outdoor. But hey, that's just me.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa with my parents and bro. Its nice we can stay together in the same premise. The staff are friendly. The private pool in our villa is clean and deep enough. We like the poolside chair very much. Trees and flowers around the villa though mosquito issue was acceptable. Bed is quite comfortable. Semi-outdoor bathroom was quite interesting and special. A very balinese style villa. Two bottles of water per person per day. 15-Minute walk to the beach, location is quite good as supermarket or convenient stores, restaurants are nearby.
The staff are laid-back and not good in English, no house-keeping service if you don't call them to do. Staff come everyday for cooking bkft but they left the cooking pan unwashed after cooking. Housekeeping service was unsatisfactory, sometimes didn't take away rubbish, sometimes didn't replenish toilet papers, sometimes didn't give bottle water, which was very frustrating, we need to supervise them while they doing cleaning. Villa is lack of maintainence and very dirty. Dining table and chairs (and other furniture) are dusty and sticky, we used a wet towel to wipe, towel became black color, really unacceptable! Staff seem able to enter our villa freely with keys which make us feeling insecure. In Bali New Year day (Silence Day) evening time, staff kept knocking our door and calling on phone to ask us switch off all the lights, I told them we eating, need some time, they came 3 times checking which lights still on and without our permission they entered our villa when I answered the door. Would not recommend to others.

Worst of worst hotel. 1St day - no hand towels and ask for it but never sent to the room, the room is a bit dirty. Pool is dirty to swim. Bedsheet and pillow cover was not new (from previous tenants). 2Nd day - breakfast served in room and the make a lot of noise (on purpose) by banging on the drawers and utensils. No hand towel again. No refill for shampoo, soap etc (had asked but never sent to room). The worst part is that no bath towel (had to ask to send to room and received "dirty" towel - that was already 12;45am after I returned from sightseeing. 3Rd day - as usual breakfast served with a lot noise and surely can wake up everyone in bedroom. No hand towel. No refill on soap, shampoo etc. (had to ask and if you are lucky they will send to the room - I was not the lucky one). 4Rd day - breakfast as usual serving like doing a building constructions. No bath towel again and no hand towels no refill on bathroom amenities. Room was not cleaned. Had to call again for service. 5Th day - breakfast as usual like above. No bath towel. I had to yell to have my a real clean bath towel delivered to my room and had to awake the other guests to have my rights for a service which I have paid. After yelling, a complete set of new Bath towel with hand towels were provided. This is the first time they provided me with hand towels. Amazing that you have to yell to get your paid service delivered. 6Th day - I prefer not to have the "contruction workers" serving the breakfast. And thanks I have to check out on that day. Another note: Kitchen was useless as no utensils provided. The breakfast served with almost warm water half filled pot to make tea and brew coffee. Never change the bedsheet and pillow covers. This villa is managed by crm (where they also managed several other villas). I am very dissapointed with the service. I have stayed in several other villas in Seminyak and their service was excellent.
